Notice to Survey Respondents
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in a survey or other market research program is completely voluntary, and that Harmon Research’s use of your personal information is carried out with your consent. Harmon Research may collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily provide it to Harmon Research, or Harmon Research may obtain personal information from unrelated parties we collaborate with, including third-party panels who have obtained your consent.
By participating in any of our surveys you freely and specifically give us your consent to collect, use, transfer and disclose your personal information in the manner specified in the then-current Privacy Policy.

Harmon Research Group LLC. (HRG) is committed to protecting your privacy. In general, HRG Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention and security of information gathered from survey respondents and other on-line users. HRG does not disclose any personally identifiable information about survey respondents to third parties, except in reporting the survey responses to HRG's clients or as required by law or legal process. Personally identifiable information means information that individually identifies you, such as your name, address, email address or social security number.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DOES HARMON RESEARCH COLLECT?
HRG collects a wide range of information about survey respondents depending on the information needs of our clients requesting the surveys. For example, survey respondents may be requested to provide certain personally identifiable, financial or demographic information, as well as specific opinions about a variety of goods and services. Responses to all survey questions are completely voluntary. A survey respondent should only provide responses to questions they are comfortable answering and survey respondents may decline to answer any survey question.
WHAT DOES HARMON RESEARCH DO WITH RESPONDENT INFORMATION?
HRG reports information gathered through the survey (demographic data, preferences, etc.) to HRG's clients. Any information you voluntarily disclose in the survey will be provided to the commissioner of the survey. HRG does not disclose a survey respondent's personally identifiable information to any clients or third parties other than the commissioner of the survey.

To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business ( and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them). To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of HRG's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by HRG about our users is among the assets transferred. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES HARMON RESEARCH COLLECT FROM SURVEY RESPONDENTS?
HRG's servers automatically recognize a survey respondent's domain name and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about a survey respondent is revealed in this process. HRG may also gather anonymous traffic data that does not not personally identify a survey respondent, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services HRG offers. From time to time, HRG may use the standard cookies feature of feature of major browser applications that allows HRG to store a small piece of data on your computer about your interaction with our website. HRG does not set any personally identifiable information in cookies, nor do we employ any data capture mechanisms on our website other than cookies. Cookies help us learn which areas of our website are useful and which areas need improvement. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser. However, if you choose to disable this function, your experience at our website may be diminished and some features may not work as they were intended.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
Our surveys are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
HRG is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. Security technologies and procedures are employed to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal information is stored on servers with limited access, located in secured facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. If a password is provided to help protect your projects and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
HR DATA
Harmon Research Group, LLC. commits to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship. With respect to any complaints relating to this Policy that cannot be resolved through Harmon Research Group's internal processes, Harmon Research Group, LLC. has agreed to cooperate with the European data protection authorities and to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European data protection authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Privacy Shield Principles. Harmon Research is also subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission, which is the competent supervisory authority under the Privacy Shield.
HARMON RESEARCH RESPECTS YOUR SOLICITATION PREFERENCE
HRG honors respondents' requests to be excluded from marketing solicitations. To be removed from being called or our email list, simply email info@harmonresearch.com and submit your email address for removal. HRG Provides Security Safeguards to Protect Respondent Information.
HRG is committed to handling the personal information and data of survey respondents with care and integrity. HRG uses industry standard security practices to protect such information and data. However, regardless of the security protections and precautions HRG undertakes, there is always a risk that personal data may be viewed and used by unauthorized third parties as a result of collecting and transmitting your data through the Internet.
PRIVACY SHIELD POLICY
Harmon Research Group, LLC. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States, respectively. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is the enforcement authority with jurisdiction over this compliance with the Privacy Shield.

Harmon Research Group, LLC. has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US and US Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit http://www.bbb.org/EU-privacyshield/for-eu-consumers for more information and to file a complaint. Where a complaint cannot be resolved by any of the before mentioned recourse mechanisms, individuals may have a right to invoke binding arbitration under the Privacy Shield Panel as a recourse mechanism of 'last resort'.
